Passing Tempo Against a Zone Defense

Are you a basketball player who wants to play smart basketball and make your team better against all types of defenses? Well today I’m going to share one of the ways you can make your team more of a threat on offense and make things difficult for the team playing a zone defense.

Today we are talking about making things more difficult on a zone defense. You might be thinking to yourself, well my coach comes up with our plays and how to attack a zone, but smart players are always looking for ways to to make their coach’s strategies work even better. Most coaches will preach ball movement against a zone, which is really smart, but the tempo at which you as a player move the basketball can make all the difference in keeping the defense off balance and making it easier for your team to score.
