As a basketball player one of the hardest things to do is to break a bad habit and replace it with a good habit. Today I’m going to share the number 3 reasons why you still have bad habits to break that are hurting your game.
If you want to develop that stable confidence in your game that doesn’t waiver, you need to develop good habits that are rooted in sound fundamentals and a high basketball IQ. It’s a long road that starts with learning what you need to work on and then working on it enough times that it progresses from learned to practiced to a habit. The problem is you have gone through this very process with all the bad habits you’ve developed through your career. So why is it so hard to change those from bad habits to good?
